为什么听不出双耳节拍的效果？
双耳节拍需要佩戴耳机（左右声道分别播放不同频率），用扬声器外放无法产生效果，App 内也会在未接耳机时提示。
锁屏后声音会停吗？
不会。App 支持后台播放，锁屏、切换其他应用都不影响正在进行的会话。
我的数据会被上传吗？
不会，所有内容都只保存在你自己的设备上。详见隐私政策。
怎么删除我的使用记录？
删除 App 即可彻底清除本地保存的所有偏好与统计数据。

Why can't I hear the binaural beat effect?
Binaural beats require headphones (each ear receives a different frequency) — playing through the speaker won't work, and the app will remind you if headphones aren't connected.
Does audio stop when I lock the screen?
No. The app supports background playback, so locking the screen or switching apps won't interrupt your session.

How do I delete my usage history?
